What is Chat GPT and Generative AI
ChatGPT is a conversational chatbot powered by a generic pre-trained transformer (GPT 3.5/4.0). GPT is a family of foundation models from Open AI. It has impressive natural language understanding and generation capabilities and can generate various writing formats and styles.
How to use ChatGPT

- Enter your prompt question you can use text, image or audio prompt
- After ChatGPT gives you an answer you have choices – edit your original prompt, enter a new Prompt, Copy the response, regenerate the response, dislike the response or share the response.
Generative AI intelligence is artificial intelligence capable of generating text, images, videos or other data often in response to prompts. Generative AI models learn the patterns of structure of their input training data and then generate new data that has similar characteristics.
Open AI will replace Google
Open AI owns ChatGPT which can write poetry, and develop software codes. If you ask ChatGPT if a 100kg man can stand on an old asbestos roof coated with 3cm of 50kg density PU foam, without falling through- it will immediately calculate the answer for you as YES. Open AI will become one of the most ubiquitous companies on the planet. This June Open AI will announce a partnership with Apple to incorporate Chat GPT into Apple’s newest operating system. So 2 billion + iPhones, tablets and laptops will be able to use ChatGPT and future upgrades. With this, we will be able to listen and translate language in real-time, so an Italian speaker can converse with an English-speaking counterpart with a Smart Phone camera. This will also solve any maths problem -that has only been written down on a piece of paper-, tell jokes and appear to express emotion.
AI Personal Assistant
These iPhones will respond to voice commands hold conversations and be like a Senior employee. This will always be available 24 hours per day and EVERY Contractor, Roofer, and Estimator, employed in the business of Waterproofing / RCI and Contracting will have their own AI Personal Super Assistant.
These smart machines will answer all questions and take actions on behalf of the user -rather than sending the user to a Google search engine result page. So, the Google business model will not be able to compete.
